Appwrite is expanding the growth team, and we’re looking for an energetic growth team member with a strong background in content, social media, email, and campaign marketing. This role is focused on growing awareness and attracting new developers to Appwrite’s platform. This role requires a versatile skill set, including copywriting, SEO, content management, campaign management, socials, and data and analytics.

You will ensure Appwrite has a consistent online presence, create nontechnical content, grow existing channels, help launch new channels, and support the execution of our fun and exciting campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging and persuasive copy for growth materials, including emails, social media posts, website content, etc.
Implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.
Monitor and report on critical metrics, including content views, SEO ranking, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Support the launch of new programs, explore new marketing channels, and conduct experiments to optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developer Relations, Support, Design & Engineering, to align growth efforts with overall business objectives.
Analyze growth data and generate insights to inform future strategies and tactics.
Continue learning about Appwrite, the developer community, and everything that happens in our domain for the sake of creating better content and campaigns
A passion to be present in all growth avenues with the aim of gaining intuitive knowledge of the evolving needs of both Appwrite & our users

Requirements

Proven experience in growth, content, copywriting, and SEO optimization.
Experience with managing campaigns, preferably targeted towards developer communities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic and creative writer with a proven ability to deliver the right voice to deliver the right content.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
